Just as we make an Esferize Commitment<\/strong> to quality<\/strong> and service<\/strong> to our customers, we maintain a commitment to the community<\/strong> and our environment based on the firm conviction and need to support deserving causes.<\/p>\n

For us, it is undoubtedly the best way to show the values of our team<\/strong> and contribute to the development of society<\/strong>. This is why we collaborate with associations and organisations that carry out projects that we support and of which we are very proud.<\/p>\n

In the same way that Esferize works every day in the integration of systems through innovation to build solutions, it wants to do its bit for the integration of people<\/strong>. Thus, we began to collaborate with a non-profit association: Bokatas Association<\/strong><\/a>. Subsequently, we met\u00a0RAIS Foundation<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0with which we are currently working closely. Both work to respond to the needs of homeless people.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2014, RAIS Foundation<\/strong> launched the H\u00e1bitat project<\/a>. It is an innovative model that proposes a different way of tackling homelessness<\/strong><\/em>.\u00a0Providing accessible and permanent housing for the homeless who are in the worst situation. The results have been surprising.<\/p>\n

What strategy does RAIS Foundation respond to?<\/h3>\n

Through social innovation, mobilisation and participation, they generate high impact and measurable results. Their mission is:<\/h4>\n

  • Improve the quality of life of homeless people.<\/li>\n
  • To influence social policies.<\/li>\n
  • To respond to social needs.<\/li>\n
  • To provide services and launch innovative resources.<\/li>\n
  • Raise awareness and contribute to change.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • They take care of people’s health.<\/li>\n
    • They respond to the most basic and urgent needs.<\/li>\n
    • They promote access to decent housing.<\/li>\n

    • They work to defend and guarantee fundamental and citizenship rights.<\/li>\n
    • They are committed to an inclusive society.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      From Esferize<\/strong>, sharing our values<\/strong> and our experiences. We are collaborating in the reintegration into the world of work of people<\/strong> at risk of exclusion by focusing on reactivating their talent<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      We promote volunteering<\/strong> among our team members.
