Today we want to add our grain of sand and give visibility to HOGAR S\u00cd<\/a><\/strong>, with whom\u00a0we have been collaborating for several years<\/a> following our commitment for a better world.<\/p>\n

Socio-occupational integration of homeless people through stable and dignified employment<\/h3>\n

At HOGAR S\u00cd<\/strong> they do commendable work, committed to eliminating the many barriers<\/strong> \u2014personal, social and structural\u2014 that homeless people face in their search for employment<\/strong>. They work so that these people can find an opportunity to help them recover their lives<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Mentoring for employment at Esferize<\/h3>\n

There are many programmes that HOGAR S\u00cd offers to companies to promote this change. Recently, several Esferize employees have taken part in the Mentors for Employment<\/strong> programme. This initiative was born with the vocation of generating interpersonal learning<\/strong> processes where an active person, with experience and knowledge, supports another person to improve their skills to access and maintain a job.\u00a0The aim of this relationship is to multiply the chances of the person getting a job.<\/p>\n

Other programmes<\/h3>\n

In 2017 we were fortunate to be the first company to carry out what had not yet been baptised as personalised employment<\/strong>. Personalised employment allows the insertion of people with greater need for support who are considered “not employable<\/strong>“. In this way, the right of all people<\/strong> to access employment is guaranteed, being the one that adapts to the person and not the other way around.<\/p>\n

They also have many other programmes in which\u00a0you can collaborate<\/strong><\/a> and they are present in Coru\u00f1a, Valencia, Murcia and Madrid.<\/p>\n

There are at least 33,000 people living on the streets<\/strong> in Spain. Homelessness is a complex phenomenon rooted in economic inequality, social exclusion, lack of access to basic rights and the invisibility of the people who suffer from it.<\/p>\n
