  1. 24x7 coverage in staff. Whoever handles an incident works here; a supplier does not respond on behalf of the team.

  2. Each architecture has a named technical manager. It accompanies its design, deployment and operation throughout the life of the contract.

  3. Internal post-mortems with owner and closing period. What is learned stays with the team.

  4. Real mobility between disciplines. A communications profile can end up leading a cloud architecture. Races take place within.

  5. Zero external escalation in critical incidents. The one who decides is the one who responds.
