We provide user and device support through Help Desk structured at levels N1, N2 and N3, combining remote and on-site support and management of the Microsoft environment.
We deploy and operate MDM platforms to manage mobile and desktop devices through corporate policies, application deployment and centralized control of the technology park.
We manage domains, DNS infrastructure, SSL/TLS certificates and content distribution through CDN to maintain digital services under a centralized model.
Systems and Workplace Technical Office (OTSPT): multidisciplinary team of system administrators, support engineers and security specialists, assigned in FTEs (full or fractional) and provided in remote, on-site or hybrid mode according to the needs of each organization.
